Wanted to let you know how important, especially in this tougher financial time, you have been to my automotive dealership. It is great to have the service you provide and peace of mind that the "deal" is actually making its' way to a financial lender and not ending up in the backseat or trash. You have proved over and over in our 5 year relationship, that you have a much greater ability to get our deals closed and cars delivered than just letting the customer try on their own! We have had numerous customers who have declined our financing help only to see them go to the credit union, get declined, come back and then have you get the deal done and the car sold! Even when you haven't been able to secure financing due to customer credit problems, I have seen that customer come back to buy a vehicle at a later date because you took the time to explain the situation and what they needed to do to improve their credit. The ability to also offer credit protection and GAP insurance is great for the customer and the extra profit is a bonus. You go above and beyond to get the job done and it is appreciated. Keep up the great work!
